Catalyst Design Build Inc. is a company dedicated to quality construction and its practice. We are dedicated to a no hassle construction/renovation process where, with our background in design and architectural services, we can make quick and knowledgeable decisions expediting the project and providing a built product which will last. Our close connections to the architectural/engineering community have allowed us to flourish in our first 2 years, building high end contemporary custom kitchens, bathrooms, rear additions and recently a 3000 sq. ft. custom home for a well regarded Toronto architect. We are about the long term investment and not the quick fix.

Founding member Roman Lysiak's 10+ years of work at Kohn Shnier architects has aided him to develop an eye for contemporary design and the built knowledge of how to detail and create simple and clean spaces. This foundation in contemporary design has made Catalyst very attractive to architects looking to explore viable alternatives to 'run of the mill' construction methods. Catalyst has the ability to materialize out of the box ambitions of today's designers.

Together, with our new business partner Studio Junction Inc, we are expanding our services to provide a strong and cutting edge design service as well as an easy and efficient construction experience. With construction services being an integral part of the architectural process, we can now provide:

• accurate pricing throughout the design process.
• designs which need not be over-detailed and overdrawn saving production costs.
• accurate scheduling with potential quick and early start-ups.
• a well established communication line between architect, builder and client.
